Allan was a life saver. When one of the well known, highly advertised, companies failed to turn up for us, Allan was able to come the next day. The carpet is clean and soft and looks a million dollars. A white woollen mat that had stains from the cat has been restored to nearly new. Allan arrived on time as promised and was very careful with protecting doorways and furniture. We will use him in the future and highly recommend him to others requiring the same service.
Allan is trustworthy and reliable, and excellent at what he does. He has tended to our carpets and lounges several times with outstanding results. Each time, they end up looking as good as new. He can tackle the toughest of stains! I highly recommend Aqua Fresh.
My carpets were a mess after grand final day party. Alan has done an amazing job, carpet looks like new! He actually answered the phone when I called (might sound like a strange thing to say but others didn’t and still haven’t returned my call!) he was on time, did a great job for a reasonable price. Allan came in this week to clean our carpets and upholstery. He is highly organised, efficient and very professional in his work. The whole house, two couches, two armchairs and kitchen cushions were all done at a reasonable price and the result was a beautiful fresh finish. Would highly recommend Allan and will be using him again in the future.

I called Allan with a large stain from melted crayons left on my wool carpet and Allan came within hours. The stain is completely gone and I’m thrilled with his care, helpfulness and prompt arrival.

Aqua Fresh are excellent! Incredibly efficient, friendly and accommodating. great service nothing was to much trouble and our carpets look like new they even managed to clean some stubborn coffee stains. Highly recommend.
