Allan was a life saver. When one of the well known, highly advertised, companies failed to turn up for us, Allan was able to come the next day. The carpet is clean and soft and looks a million dollars. A white woollen mat that had stains from the cat has been restored to nearly new. Allan arrived on time as promised and was very careful with protecting doorways and furniture. We will use him in the future and highly recommend him to others requiring the same service.

We called Allen just before Christmas this year, to sort out a few stains and odour we had on our carpet. Being the busy holiday season he was more than happy to pencil us in just after the new year. From the phone call to the end of the job we couldn’t have asked for a better service.

He had explained that the stains may come back, once the carpet finished drying. Because of the type of carpet it is.

The stains had come back, so I called Allen a week later and he was more than accommodating to come back and rectify the issue with no qualms at all. I would definitely use this service again.

My carpets were a mess after grand final day party. Alan has done an amazing job, carpet looks like new! He actually answered the phone when I called (might sound like a strange thing to say but others didn’t and still haven’t returned my call!) he was on time, did a great job for a reasonable price. Allan came in this week to clean our carpets and upholstery. He is highly organised, efficient and very professional in his work. The whole house, two couches, two armchairs and kitchen cushions were all done at a reasonable price and the result was a beautiful fresh finish. Would highly recommend Allan and will be using him again in the future.
